Circuit & Capital (“we”) publishes this site at circuits.fit. Desk: circuit50capital@circuits.fit.
What we collect
- Log data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring URL — typical hosting logs.
- Contact forms: name, email, topic, and the message you send.
- Cookie preference: a flag in your browser that records Accept or Necessary only.
- Analytics: if a measurement ID is connected and you chose Accept, page views may be recorded. Necessary only skips that script.
Cookies
We set a first-party preference so the banner does not return every visit. Accept may load analytics. Necessary only keeps that flag and does not load analytics. The banner does not record the ad choice for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland.
Advertising
This publication uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads, measure them, and limit how often you see the same ad. That can include ads based on visits to this site and other sites. A placement stays hidden until it has an ad unit, and the homepage does not carry ad units.
You can opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings. Industry opt-outs are at aboutads.info and, for the EU, youronlinechoices.eu. Google’s own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses data in advertising is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Ads on this site are labeled Advertisement or Sponsored. They are not news. We do not sell story selection.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland see Google’s consent message before a personalized ad. Consent allows a personalized ad. Do not consent means a non-personalized ad or none. That message is separate from the Accept or Necessary banner. You can change the ad choice later from Google’s message, and the opt-out links above still work. Necessary only still lets you read the site.
California
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may collect identifiers to show and measure ads. You can use the opt-out links above. To request access or deletion of a contact form record, email the desk and mark the subject Privacy.
Retention
Hosting logs: vendor default. Contact mail: as long as needed to reply and keep a record of the request. Cookie preference: until you clear site data.
Your choices
Cookie banner on first visit; you can clear site data to see it again. Email the desk to correct a record or delete a contact submission we still hold.
Children
This site is for a general business audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
