What you send
A CSV or spreadsheet with up to 25 SaaS or software renewals. For each one, include:
- Vendor (or an anonymized label, see the data note below)
- Annual cost
- Renewal date
- Notice period
- Owner
- Usage notes: seats bought versus used, overlap with other tools, anything you already know is a problem
The renewal tracker template lists the same columns if you are starting from nothing.
What you get
A written report, delivered within 5 business days of confirmed scope and payment, covering:
- A recommendation for each renewal: cut, renegotiate or keep, with the reason in plain terms.
- The notice deadline for each contract, worked out from the renewal date and notice period you give us.
- Negotiation points for each renewal marked renegotiate: what to ask for and what to bring to the call.
- A renewal calendar showing every notice deadline and renewal date in order.
Who does the work
Emilio Santos does the review, with AI assistance. He uses general-purpose AI tools to help sort, draft and check the work, which means parts of your file are processed by those tools. He reads every line of your file and every line of the report before it goes to you.
Scope
Included
- Up to 25 renewals from one organization.
- One written report and one renewal calendar.
- One round of clarifying questions by email if your file is missing something.
Not included
- Legal review of contracts. This is not legal advice. For contract terms that matter, ask your lawyer.
- Talking to vendors or negotiating on your behalf.
- Logging into your systems or pulling usage data for you. We work from the file you send.
- More than 25 renewals. Ask us for a quote if you have more.
- Ongoing tracking after the report is delivered.
The report is only as accurate as the data you send. If a notice period or date is wrong in your file, it will be wrong in the calendar, so check the contract.
Your data
- You may anonymize vendor names (for example, "CRM A" and "CRM B"). Tell us the category of each tool so the advice still makes sense.
- You send files by email to circuits50capital@circuits.fit. They arrive and are stored in that mailbox.
- Parts of your file are processed by AI tools as part of the analysis. Where a tool’s settings let us turn off the use of our inputs for model training, we turn it off, and we do not use your files to train models.
- After the report is delivered, we delete your files: the email attachments you sent and any working copies we made. Copies kept by email or AI providers under their own retention or backup schedules may last longer, and we do not control those.
- We do not sell your file or report, and we do not share them with anyone except the email and AI services used to receive and analyze them. See the privacy policy.
- If you would rather a file not be processed by AI tools, say so when you order and we will tell you whether we can do the review without them.
How to order
- Email circuits50capital@circuits.fit with the subject "Renewal Audit" and a line on how many renewals you have. You can attach the file now or after we reply.
- We confirm the scope with you by email.
- Payment is arranged after the scope is confirmed. The 5 business days start once payment is in.
After the scope is confirmed by email, you’ll be sent a secure Stripe card payment link.
FAQ
Can I do this myself?
Yes. The free software renewal scorecard and the SaaS renewal checklist cover the same method one contract at a time. The audit is for people who would rather hand over the list.
What if I have fewer than 25 renewals?
The price is the same, $199.
