The agents
- Renewal watch. Reads the renewal list you keep or send us and warns you 60 days before each notice deadline, with urgent items marked inside 14 days.
- Security alert. Checks the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog and vendor advisories against the products you run, and tells you when one of them is affected.
- Spend report. Reads the monthly card or expense export you send and reports software spend, price increases, new vendors and overlapping tools.
They work from data you send us or public sources. They do not log into your systems, change settings, contact vendors, pay or cancel anything, or reply to email on your behalf.
Pricing
- $79 a month: 1 agent.
- $149 a month: all 3 agents.
Payment goes to Emilio Santos, as with our other services. We send a quote within 1 business day of your intake email, and the invoice is sent after you accept the quote. Billing is monthly. Cancel anytime by email; the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
How it works
- Intake by email. Use the button below. It opens an email to circuits50capital@circuits.fit with a short intake form to fill in.
- Quote. We reply with a fixed quote and confirmed scope within 1 business day.
- Invoice. The invoice is sent after you accept the quote.
- Setup within 2 business days of payment. We send you the first report so you can check it.
- Reports on schedule. Renewal watch and security alert usually run weekly, with security alerts sent the same day for an affected product you listed. The spend report runs monthly, after you send the export. You choose the schedule in the intake.

Scope
Included
- Setup and running of the agents in your plan, and Emilio Santos checking each report before the first one goes out and spot-checking after that.
- Changes to your tool list, renewal list or schedule by email.
- If a report does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days and we will redo it or refund that month.
Not included
- Access to or changes in your systems, accounts or inbox. We never ask for passwords.
- Fixing vulnerabilities, negotiating with vendors or cancelling tools. You decide what to act on.
- Legal, audit or compliance advice.
- Guaranteed completeness. Agents can miss items or misread data, and a report is only as good as the list and exports you send.
Your data
- You send lists and exports by email to circuits50capital@circuits.fit. Parts of them are processed by AI tools to produce the reports. Where a tool lets us turn off training on our inputs, we turn it off.
- Remove passwords and regulated data such as payment card numbers or health information before sending.
- When you cancel, we delete your files and agent setups within 30 days. Copies kept by email or AI providers under their own retention schedules may last longer, and we do not control those. See the privacy policy.
FAQ
Can I run these myself?
Yes. The free Grok Bot prompt pack has ready-to-paste setups for the same agents. The plan is for teams that would rather we set them up, keep them running and check the output.
Can I start with one agent and add more?
Yes. Email us and we will move you to the 3-agent plan from your next month.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel anytime by email.
